A3: Rich exporting services, experience of more than 18 years, we have a professional technology team and sales team to answer your questions,if you find some problems to install or use the product, you can ask us to help you solve the problem.

A5: Yes, we can offer you sample to test and check quality.Sample orders can be finished within 3-5 days, faster if in stock.

A6: We have professional QC team to inspect each items from the links of production to package.

A7: Normal 15-30 days after received the deposit and confirmed all the details But it depends on your order quantity and your products requirements.

A8: Sample shipped by UPS,FedEX,DHL and others express, freight charged paid by your side. Big order goods can be shipped by sea.

A9: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% balance before delivery.
